Purchase Phone-In Buddy, Software Only

A software license for Phone-In Buddy may be purchased from High Criteria, to allow users to run Phone-In Buddy on equipment supplied by the user. In such cases, the user is responsible for installing and testing the software on the user supplied equipment. The user should download the evaluation version of Phone-In Buddy and test it, prior to making a commitment to purchase. The PC to be used with Phone In Buddy must:

be running Windows 2000 or XP
have a connection to an available phone line, using either a voice modem(s) or a voice card from Dialogic
have sufficient disk space to hold the recording files (1Gb will hold about 60 hours of recordings).

Phone-In Buddy software license prices relate to the number of supported telephone lines and user definitions. Below, you will find a cross reference of supported lines and users and the associated prices. High Criteria has tested a number of voice modems and has encountered problems with the details of their driver implementation. High Criteria cannot guarantee the performance of any particular voice modem with Phone-In Buddy. Any such modem should be tested, prior to purchase. For high quality and consistent results, voice cards from Dialogic should be used with the system.
