Founded in 1998, High Criteria Inc. develops Liberty Recording software for courts, government agencies, law enforcement, municipalities, and public-sector organizations that need reliable digital audio and video recording for official proceedings.

The Liberty Recording product suite is designed to support in-person, remote, and hybrid environments, including courtrooms, hearing rooms, interview rooms, council chambers, and other public meeting spaces. Liberty solutions help organizations capture, manage, search, review, and share the official record while maintaining control over where recordings and related data are stored.

Liberty Court Recorder, Liberty Player, and Liberty Virtual Courtroom work together to support courtroom recording, remote participant management, multi-channel audio and video capture, synchronized playback, bookmarks, notes, attachments, and optional speech-to-text workflows.

Product Delivery Statement

Unless otherwise stated, High Criteria software is delivered electronically. Customers receive download instructions and license information after purchase.

In some cases, software may also be available on physical media by request. Customers should keep a secure copy of their license information and downloaded software for future installation or recovery purposes.

High Criteria makes every effort to deliver software license information promptly after purchase. Orders that require additional verification, include hardware, or are destined outside North America may require additional processing time.

​Refund & Return Statement

Some High Criteria software products are available for evaluation before purchase. Evaluation versions allow users to review the software and determine whether it meets their needs before ordering.

Due to the nature of licensed software, refunds are generally not provided after a license has been delivered. Refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of High Criteria.

Hardware returns must be pre-authorized by High Criteria before shipment. If approved, an RMA number will be issued and must appear on the outside of the shipping package. Returned products must include all original components, documentation, registration materials, warranty cards, and promotional materials that were originally shipped with the device.

Some hardware products may be subject to manufacturer warranty terms, restocking fees, or non-returnable conditions. Please contact High Criteria for return instructions before sending any product back.
