Liberty Recording Partner Program
Liberty Recording works with qualified partners who understand the needs of courts, government agencies, and justice-sector organizations.
Because our products are sold into specialized environments, we do not operate an open reseller program. New partner applicants are reviewed carefully to ensure they have the judicial market experience, customer relationships, sales capability, and support readiness necessary to represent Liberty Recording professionally.
Our partner program is structured in stages. This allows prospective partners to demonstrate fit before being approved for formal reseller or dealer status, while helping protect customer experience, maintain strong existing channel relationships, and ensure Liberty Recording is represented accurately in the judicial market.
Program Overview
Organizations accepted into the Liberty Recording Partner Program generally begin as Prospective Resellers. After demonstrating qualified sales activity and appropriate customer support capability, they may be considered for Authorized Reseller status. Higher-volume partners may later be considered for Dealer status.

Program Stages
1. Prospective Reseller
The Prospective Reseller stage is the initial qualification period for new partner applicants. This period typically lasts for the first twelve months after acceptance into the program, unless otherwise agreed in writing. During this time, the prospective reseller may introduce qualified opportunities to High Criteria, Inc. and assist with business development activity in approved markets or accounts.
During the Prospective Reseller period:
- Sales are processed directly by High Criteria, Inc.
- Qualified applicant-led sales may be eligible for a finder’s fee.
- High Criteria, Inc. evaluates the applicant’s judicial market experience, sales activity, customer relationships, communication, professionalism, and support readiness.
- Prospective Reseller status does not guarantee future approval as an Authorized Reseller or Dealer.
To be considered for Authorized Reseller status, a Prospective Reseller must generate one of the following during the first twelve-month qualification period:
- $20,000 in Liberty Recording product sales at MSRP pricing; or
- 10 Liberty Recording software licenses sold at MSRP pricing
Qualifying sales must be documented and attributable to prospective reseller-led activity, including customer introductions, account development, sales assistance, or other approved business development efforts.
2. Authorized Reseller

First-level support may include initial customer intake, basic product questions, usage assistance, issue triage, escalation coordination, and timely customer follow-up.
3. Authorized Dealer
Authorized Resellers that demonstrate higher annual sales activity may be considered for Authorized Dealer status. To be considered for Authorized Dealer status, an Authorized Reseller must sell at least $50,000 in Liberty Recording software licenses within a calendar year. Authorized Dealer status may include additional commercial benefits, expanded sales coordination, and access to dealer-specific program materials or pricing, where applicable.
Approval as an Authorized Dealer is subject to review by High Criteria, Inc. and may depend on annual sales performance, customer support capability, implementation experience, market coverage, and overall channel fit.
Finder’s Fee During the Prospective Reseller Period
- During the Prospective Reseller qualification period, approved applicant-led sales may be eligible for a 10% finder’s fee based on MSRP pricing.
- Finder’s fees apply only to qualified sales that are documented, approved by High Criteria, Inc., and processed in accordance with the applicable agreement.
- Finder’s fee eligibility does not constitute reseller authorization and does not guarantee future acceptance into the Authorized Reseller or Authorized Dealer program.
